There is always this idea of « Nature is pure and beautiful » with association to beautiful landscape etc... But it is idealistic, nature is indeed beautiful, but it is also unfair, it is cruel and it can be horrible. It is scary, monotonous and unforgiving. Nature is not just nice or beautiful, it also very hard and real.

Being always obsessed in doing things well is a good thing, it will compound and make you substantially better over time.
